These are plastic control knobs with plastic insert, fit 1/4"(6mm) shaft potentiometers. To be assembled to potentiometers for easier rotation.

 

Just pull the cap over the potentiometer and you're ready to go. These knobs are compatible with WH148 potentiometers.
